What a submission-ready pack is built to contain
The direction for every document family: a lead document plus the evidence and indexing that make it reviewable in one place.
- Primary PDF
- The lead document — a RAMS, permit, COSHH assessment or report — typeset and ready to read.
- Evidence attachments
- Photos, certificates and supporting files gathered against the document.
- Attachment index
- A contents list of every attachment, so a reviewer can see what is included.
- Manifest
- A summary of the pack — what it contains, who prepared it and when.
- Registers
- Supporting registers and logs, included where the document type calls for them.
