[Download this table (CSV)](https://complyonsite.com/data/waste-paperwork/waste-paperwork.csv): every row, with the required items, the record-keeping rule and the sources behind each answer.

Compiled by ComplyOnSite from each regulator’s published rules, listed in the sources column. Reuse under CC BY 4.0 with credit to ComplyOnSite and a link to https://complyonsite.com/data/waste-paperwork. The rules themselves belong to their publishers.

## How this table is made

Each row comes from the document’s own rules, forms and guidance: the same sources the free tool for that document is built from. Who signs and what each person fills in follow the form part by part. Questions the tools do not need, such as whether a note can be signed on screen, were read from the regulator’s or the legislature’s own pages and are linked beside the answer. Where no source read settles a question, the answer is Unknown. Sources checked between September 2026 and October 2026.
