A Full check of a document is 1 credit, a Max check is 4, and Quick checks are free. On a monthly plan a credit works out at 40p if you use them all. ### Do credits work in every tool? Yes. Every paid tool takes from the same balance, and each tool’s cost is in the table above. ### Do unused credits roll over? Monthly credits end when the plan renews. Sign-up credits stay until you use them. ### What happens when I run out? Quick checks still work. A new plan adds its credits straight away. Moving from Pro to Team adds the extra credits for what’s left of the month. ### I only check my own paperwork now and then. Do I need a plan? No. Quick checks are free every day, and Starter’s 5 credits cover your first Full checks. ### What’s the difference between Pro and Team? Team has 4 times the credits and runs 3 checks at once. ### Where are my reviews kept, and can I delete them? In your account, on any device: 30 days on Starter, 12 months on Pro and Team. Delete one or all, any time. Your PDF is not kept. ### What does “unlimited” mean for Quick checks? Pro and Team have a daily limit only to stop misuse.
