ComplyOnSite provides construction health and safety document tooling for operational use. You remain responsible for checking generated or exported documents before relying on them on a project.
2. Accounts and content
If account features are enabled, users are responsible for keeping access details secure and for ensuring that information entered into the service is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the intended work.
3. Final terms
This page is a minimal public summary while full customer terms are finalised. It does not add warranties, certifications, guarantees, or project-specific legal obligations.
4. Digital Waste Tracking product foundation
The checker applies only its stated deterministic checks to the pinned SPREADSHEET-ROW-V1 workbook. A checked workbook has not been submitted to Defra and is not a claim of Defra acceptance, approval, legal compliance or legal sufficiency. The foundation is not launch-ready; final upload collection, human reporting and public-product work remain incomplete.
