Billing, cancelling and refunds
- Paid monthly in advance by card, through Stripe.
- No VAT: ComplyOnSite is not VAT-registered.
- Cancel any time. Your plan and credits last to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
- Within 14 days of a payment you can end the plan from Account and get that payment back, less 40p for each credit used. The plan ends straight away.
- Monthly credits don’t roll over. Sign-up credits don’t expire.
- What a check costs in credits can change with 30 days’ notice.

Is ComplyOnSite free?
Most tools are free with no account. Paid checks use credits. Starter gives you 5 when you sign up. See the free tools
How much does ComplyOnSite cost?
Starter is free. Pro is £30 a month for 75 credits. Team is £120 a month for 300.
What is a credit?
One unit off your balance. A Full check of a document is 1 credit, a Max check is 4, and Quick checks are free. On a monthly plan a credit works out at 40p if you use them all.
Do credits work in every tool?
Yes. Every paid tool takes from the same balance, and each tool’s cost is in the table above.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits end when the plan renews. Sign-up credits stay until you use them.
What happens when I run out?
Quick checks still work. A new plan adds its credits straight away. Moving from Pro to Team adds the extra credits for what’s left of the month.
I only check my own paperwork now and then. Do I need a plan?
No. Quick checks are free every day, and Starter’s 5 credits cover your first Full checks.
What’s the difference between Pro and Team?
Team has 4 times the credits and runs 3 checks at once.
Where are my reviews kept, and can I delete them?
In your account, on any device: 30 days on Starter, 12 months on Pro and Team. Delete one or all, any time. Your PDF is not kept.
What does “unlimited” mean for Quick checks?
Pro and Team have a daily limit only to stop misuse. It is set well above normal use and is adjusted with demand.
