Yes, when the Schedule C extract limit is met. L11 is a Category 4 Provincial Waste Code. Waste is L11 when a Method 1311 extract holds cyanide at 20 mg/L or more.

The 3-digit provincial waste class goes in a separate field. It doesn't replace the UN Number or Provincial Waste Code.

For regulated hazardous waste, enter L11 in the UN Number or Provincial Waste Code field on the Manitoba movement document. Manitoba’s registration and shipment rules also apply.

What does Manitoba L11 cover?
