How do Canadian codes for parts washer solvent differ?

Quebec gives non-halogenated parts-washer solvents as C02 examples. Match the real solvent to the organic-solvent category, because a label like degreaser doesn't tell you what's in it.

In Quebec, C01 needs total organic halogens above 0.15% and C02 takes 0.15% or less. C03 covers chlorofluorocarbons used as solvents or cleaners.
