Not from the code alone. Ontario 113 describes the waste stream, not whether it is hazardous. Ontario decides that from the hazardous characterization or liquid-industrial status, and from the exclusions. The 3-digit class needs a primary characterization letter to form the waste number.

Acidic residues containing other metals or non-metals. Examples are sulphuric, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric or nitric acid solutions with sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium or aluminum. Acids used to clean equipment, spent cation regenerant and acid washes from reactors or catalysts also fit.
