Use B2020 for non-dispersible glass scrap as a Basel List B waste without an Annex III hazard.

Not from the code alone. Basel B2020 is on Basel List B, so material that matches it is normally outside the Convention's hazardous definition. That changes if Annex I constituents give it an Annex III hazardous characteristic. SOR/2021-25, including its exclusions, decides Canadian federal control.
On a federally regulated international shipment, the applicant enters the waste classification in the waste line of the federal notification in CNMTS. The movement rules and exclusions still apply.

Covers cullet and other non-dispersible glass waste or scrap. Cathode-ray-tube glass and other activated glass are excluded. List B status holds only while the waste has no Annex III hazardous characteristic.
