What decides whether a Texas spent solvent is hazardous?
A RCRA solvent listing can depend on how the solvent was used.
A flash-point result alone doesn't settle every spent solvent.
Record the original solvents and how they were used.
Where do Texas solvent still bottoms and wipes go?
Pumpable distillation residue uses 601 or 602 when the descriptor fits. Solvent-contaminated wipes may qualify for a conditional exclusion.
