Phosphorus compounds
National reporting D360: mineral phosphates are outside this phosphorus-compound entry.
Is National D360 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. D360 is a DCCEEW hazardous-waste reporting category that groups data nationally. It doesn't make every material with this description hazardous. State and territory rules decide the classification, exclusions and movement duties for a load.
Use D360 in the national waste-data category field when reporting under that standard. It isn't a national transport certificate. A movement needs the origin state or territory's accepted code and record, plus any destination consignment authorisation for an interstate controlled load. Apply separate interstate movement controls. A reporting code gives no state movement classification.
What does National D360 cover?
Phosphorus compounds fall here, except mineral phosphates. The exclusion only narrows the chemical scope. It doesn't give mineral phosphate waste another code.
