Peroxide waste excluding hydrogen peroxide
National reporting E100: hydrogen peroxide is outside this peroxide-waste entry.
Is National E100 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. E100 is a DCCEEW hazardous-waste reporting category that groups data nationally. It doesn't make every material with this description hazardous. State and territory rules decide the classification, exclusions and movement duties for a load.
Use E100 in the national waste-data category field when reporting under that standard. It isn't a national transport certificate. A movement needs the origin state or territory's accepted code and record, plus any destination consignment authorisation for an interstate controlled load. Apply separate interstate movement controls. A reporting code gives no state movement classification.
What does National E100 cover?
Waste containing a peroxide falls here, unless the peroxide is hydrogen peroxide. This follows the lists that state that exclusion. It doesn't take in oxidising agents with no peroxide.
