    Explosive waste outside other legislation

Victoria T200: use only where other legislation does not already govern the explosive material.

Waste of an explosive nature that is not subject to other legislation. Explosives already governed elsewhere do not fit.

Is Victoria T200 priority waste?

Yes. T200 is pre-classified priority waste, so no mirror assessment decides its Schedule 5 status. Transactions and transport are both reportable.

Where the duty applies, enter T200 as the Schedule 5 waste code in the Waste Tracker record. The tracking exceptions and designation and household rules still apply.

What does Victoria T200 cover?

Explosive waste that no other legislation governs. Being explosive isn't enough if separate legislation already governs the material.

Is explosive waste Victoria T200?

CodeWhen it fits
T200The waste is explosive and no other legislation governs it.

Name the waste itself before choosing a code for something in it. A chemical in soil or another material doesn't settle which description goes on the load record.

What does a Victoria T200 load need before it moves?

For a reportable transaction, the producer creates the Waste Tracker record before dispatch. A transporter or accredited consigner can do this for the producer, who stays accountable and keeps a copy. Arrange the transporter and receiving site first.

Record the code, an accurate description, form, amount, packages, treatment, industry, dispatch date and the parties involved. Add dangerous goods details where they apply. The driver records collection and delivery, and the receiver records receipt. Priority waste going to landfill, and soil that is priority waste, also needs the disposal category that applies.
