Beryllium and beryllium compounds
Queensland D160 has no marked precedence when several descriptions fit.
Is Queensland D160 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. D160 is a Schedule 11 trackable-waste description. Tracking applies while the commercial or industrial waste is regulated under section 42. Check the Schedule 9 exclusions and the section 42(4) test-out route before you decide whether a movement is trackable. This code has no precedence mark when several descriptions fit.
For a tracked load, enter D160 as the waste code on the Queensland waste transport certificate. The generator supplies Part 1, the transporter Part 2 and the receiver Part 3. Lodge it by the approved online, bulk-upload or numbered-paper route. The Queensland exclusions still apply.
What does Queensland D160 cover?
Elemental beryllium and beryllium compounds. The category takes the element itself as well as its compounds, whatever the named compound or process.

Which wastes take Queensland D160?
| Waste | When it’s D160 |
