Where does Texas form code 319 go in the Texas waste code?
In characters 5–7. The 8-character code is a 4-character stream sequence, then the 3-digit form 319, then a class character. Form 319 describes the stream in the inorganic solids category. It says nothing about hazard. The class character depends on what the stream is made of, where it came from and its properties.
For a hazardous or Class 1 shipment that needs a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest, enter the full Texas code in Item 13, across 2 blocks on paper. Add any EPA waste codes. The 3 form digits alone are not enough.
The generator sets the class. Work through the exclusions, then the federal hazardous-waste listings and characteristics, then the Texas industrial-waste criteria. H means hazardous. 1, 2 and 3 are nonhazardous industrial classes. Process knowledge or testing backs the class. Choosing a form doesn't set it.
What does Texas form code 319 cover?
Nonpumpable, mainly inorganic waste that fits none of the named inorganic-solid forms. This leftover form doesn't name the material or its source, so give both in Comments.

Is another inorganic solid Texas form code 319?
| Code | When it fits |
|---|---|
| 319 | Mainly inorganic solid that fits no specific inorganic-solid description. Identify it in Comments. |
| 304 | Dry ash, slag or residue from a thermal process other than waste incineration. |
| 310 | Spent filter or adsorbent. |
| 316 | Another metal salt or chemical, once the specific reactive forms are ruled out. |
Adding water to a solid doesn't make it pumpable sludge. Describe the constituents, physical form and process source in Comments.
Which wastes take Texas form code 319?
| Waste | When it’s 319 |
|---|---|
| Lamps and fluorescent tubes | Ordinary nonpumpable inorganic lamp waste that doesn't go by a universal-waste or other exempt route. |
