Find a Texas waste code
390, Nonhazardous concrete or construction debris.
Inorganic solids
Nonhazardous concrete or construction debris
Nonhazardous concrete or construction debris from an industrial facility.
Where does Texas form code 390 go in the Texas waste code?
In characters 5–7. The 8-character code is a 4-character stream sequence, then the 3-digit form 390, then a class character. Form 390 describes the stream in the inorganic solids category. The waste must be shown to be nonhazardous before this form fits. The industrial Class 1, 2 or 3 is decided separately. The class character depends on what the stream is made of, where it came from and its properties.
For a hazardous or Class 1 shipment that needs a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest, enter the full Texas code in Item 13, across 2 blocks on paper. Add any EPA waste codes. The 3 form digits alone are not enough.
The generator sets the class. Work through the exclusions, then the federal hazardous-waste listings and characteristics, then the Texas industrial-waste criteria. H means hazardous. 1, 2 and 3 are nonhazardous industrial classes. Process knowledge or testing backs the class. Choosing a form doesn't set it.
What does Texas form code 390 cover?
Nonhazardous concrete, cement or construction debris, nonpumpable and inorganic. The waste must be shown to be nonhazardous. This form doesn't make mixed debris nonhazardous or Class 3. General industrial-waste scope still applies.

Is industrial construction debris Texas form code 390 or 488?
| Code | When it fits |
|---|---|
| 390 | Nonpumpable inorganic nonhazardous concrete, cement or construction debris in the Texas industrial-waste system. |
| 488 | Separated nonpumpable wood debris, not mixed construction debris. |
| 307 | Separated metal scale, filings or scrap that still needs a form code. |
| 301 | Separated soil contaminated with organic material. |
Separate out excluded, hazardous or specifically described materials. Nonhazardous waste from a nonindustrial source is outside this system. A matching debris form doesn't itself prove industrial scope or a disposal destination.
Which wastes take Texas form code 390?
| Waste | When it’s 390 |
|---|---|
| Construction and demolition debris | Nonhazardous concrete, cement or construction debris. |
Which codes sit beside Texas form code 390?

| 319 | Other inorganic solids |
| 388 | Empty or crushed glass containers |
| 389 | Nonhazardous inorganic sandblasting waste |
| 391 | Nonhazardous dewatered wastewater sludge |
| 392 | Nonhazardous dewatered air-control sludge |
| 393 | Catalyst (reaction aid), inorganic solid |
| 394 | PCB inorganic solids, 50 to under 500 ppm |
