Victoria
Other contaminated bags and containers
Victoria N110: use for contaminated bags or containers not covered by the two rigid-container entries.
Is Victoria N110 priority waste?
Yes. N110 is pre-classified priority waste, so no mirror assessment decides its Schedule 5 status. Transactions and transport are both reportable.
Where the duty applies, enter N110 as the Schedule 5 waste code in the Waste Tracker record. The tracking exceptions and designation and household rules still apply.
What does Victoria N110 cover?
Bags and other containers contaminated by reportable priority waste for transport, except those that fall under item 80 or 81 of the Table.

Is a contaminated bag Victoria N110, N100 or N105?
| Code | When it fits |
|---|---|
| N110 | The contaminated bag or container isn't under N100 or N105. |
| N100 | The contaminated rigid container originally held less than 200 litres. |
| N105 | The contaminated rigid container originally held at least 200 litres. |
Name the waste itself before choosing a code for something in it. A chemical in soil or another material doesn't settle which description goes on the load record.
What does a Victoria N110 load need before it moves?
For a reportable transaction, the producer creates the Waste Tracker record before dispatch. A transporter or accredited consigner can do this for the producer, who stays accountable and keeps a copy. Arrange the transporter and receiving site first.
Record the code, an accurate description, form, amount, packages, treatment, industry, dispatch date and the parties involved. Add dangerous goods details where they apply. The driver records collection and delivery, and the receiver records receipt. Priority waste going to landfill, and soil that is priority waste, also needs the disposal category that applies.
