Phosphorus compounds
Western Australia D360: mineral phosphates are outside this phosphorus-compound entry.
Is WA D360 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. D360 is a WA controlled-waste category. Regulation 3 covers industrial, commercial, medical, laboratory and sewage-treatment waste. Domestic waste is outside it. Waste that a Class I, II or III landfill can lawfully accept is excluded, apart from specified exceptions such as asbestos, tyres and clinical waste.
For a tracked load, enter D360 in the controlled-waste category field on the DWER tracking form. DWER issues the number. The authorised carrier or driver records collection and transport, and the receiving facility closes the record. Record the holder, amount, containment and destination. The WA load thresholds and exclusions still apply.
What does WA D360 cover?
Waste with phosphorus compounds falls here, except mineral phosphates. That exclusion doesn't give mineral phosphate waste another code.

Landfill acceptance turns on the landfill criteria, not on how the waste looks. A category number and a dangerous goods class answer different questions.
