New South Wales D360: mineral phosphates are outside this phosphorus-compound entry.
Is NSW D360 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. D360 marks waste that may need tracking. Part 4 requires a matching Schedule 1 waste description and a Part 3 hazardous characteristic. That is a tracking test, not the NSW disposal classification, and the code gives no disposal class. Part 4 covers local and interstate movements.
Where Part 4 tracking applies, enter D360 in the waste-code field of the IWTS Movement, with the description, quantity, parties and the receiver's applicable Movement Authorisation. The approved system issues the Movement reference. The NSW tracking exemptions still apply.
What does NSW D360 cover?
Waste with phosphorus compounds, except mineral phosphates. The exclusion narrows the chemical group but doesn't give mineral phosphate waste a code of its own.
