Resin, latex and adhesive waste
NSW F110: within NSW or interstate; the listed hazardous-characteristic test still applies.
Is NSW F110 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. F110 marks waste that may need tracking. Part 4 requires a matching Schedule 1 waste description and a Part 3 hazardous characteristic. That is a tracking test, not the NSW disposal classification, and the code gives no disposal class. Part 4 covers local and interstate movements.
Where Part 4 tracking applies, enter F110 in the waste-code field of the IWTS Movement, with the description, quantity, parties and the receiver's applicable Movement Authorisation. The approved system issues the Movement reference. The NSW tracking exemptions still apply.
What does NSW F110 cover?
Process waste from making, formulating or using resins, latex, plasticisers, glues or other adhesives. The entry follows the activity and product family, and doesn't say whether it is water or solvent based.
