Queensland M210 has no marked precedence when several descriptions fit.
Is Queensland M210 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. M210 is a Schedule 11 trackable-waste description. Tracking applies while the commercial or industrial waste stays regulated under section 42. Check the Schedule 9 exclusions and the section 42(4) test-out route before treating a movement as trackable. This code has no precedence mark when several descriptions fit.
For a tracked load, enter M210 as the waste code on the Queensland waste transport certificate. The generator completes Part 1, the transporter Part 2 and the receiver Part 3. Lodge it through an approved online, bulk-upload or numbered-paper route. The Queensland exclusions still apply.
What does Queensland M210 cover?
Cyanide compounds whose cyanide group is bonded within an organic compound. The organic bond is the dividing line. Inorganic cyanides use Queensland's A130 code instead.

Is organic cyanide waste Queensland M210 or A130?
| Code | When it fits |
|---|---|
| M210 | The cyanide is organic, not inorganic. |
| A130 | The cyanide is inorganic, not organic. |
An asterisk in Queensland's tracking list marks which description wins when several fit. It is not an EWC hazardous-waste marker. A resource leaves the waste regime only when it meets its end-of-waste code or approval conditions.
