Queensland D360: mineral phosphates are outside this phosphorus-compound entry.
Is Queensland D360 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. D360 is a Schedule 11 trackable-waste description. A load is tracked while the commercial or industrial waste stays regulated under section 42. Check the Schedule 9 exclusions and the section 42(4) test-out route first, as they decide whether a movement is trackable. D360 has no precedence mark when several descriptions fit.
For a tracked load, enter D360 in the waste-code field of the Queensland waste transport certificate. The generator fills in Part 1, the transporter Part 2 and the receiver Part 3. Lodge it online, by bulk upload or on numbered paper, whichever route is approved. The Queensland exclusions still apply.
What does Queensland D360 cover?
Waste with phosphorus compounds falls here, except mineral phosphates. The exclusion narrows the category, but it doesn't give mineral phosphate waste another code.

- phosphorus compounds, other than mineral phosphates

Is phosphorus waste always Queensland D360?
| Code | When it fits |
|---|---|
| D360 | The waste holds a phosphorus compound other than a mineral phosphate. |
Where several descriptions fit, an asterisk in Queensland's tracking list decides which takes precedence. It is not an EWC hazardous-waste marker. A resource must meet its end-of-waste code or approval conditions before it leaves the waste regime.
