Queensland D350 has no marked precedence when several descriptions fit.
Is Queensland D350 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. D350 is a Schedule 11 trackable-waste description. A load is tracked while the commercial or industrial waste stays regulated under section 42. Check the Schedule 9 exclusions and the section 42(4) test-out route first, as they decide whether a movement is trackable. D350 has no precedence mark when several descriptions fit.
For a tracked load, enter D350 in the waste-code field of the Queensland waste transport certificate. The generator fills in Part 1, the transporter Part 2 and the receiver Part 3. Lodge it online, by bulk upload or on numbered paper, whichever route is approved. The Queensland exclusions still apply.
What does Queensland D350 cover?
Waste with chlorates in it falls here. The entry names the chlorate group, not one compound, process or physical form.
