Inorganic sulphides
Queensland D330 has no marked precedence when several descriptions fit.
Is Queensland D330 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. D330 is a Schedule 11 trackable-waste description. A load is tracked while the commercial or industrial waste stays regulated under section 42. Check the Schedule 9 exclusions and the section 42(4) test-out route first, as they decide whether a movement is trackable. D330 has no precedence mark when several descriptions fit.
For a tracked load, enter D330 in the waste-code field of the Queensland waste transport certificate. The generator fills in Part 1, the transporter Part 2 and the receiver Part 3. Lodge it online, by bulk upload or on numbered paper, whichever route is approved. The Queensland exclusions still apply.
What does Queensland D330 cover?
Discarded inorganic sulfides fall here. The entry names a chemical group, not a production process, so it isn't limited to one industrial operation.

Is inorganic sulfide waste Queensland D330?
| Code | When it fits |
|---|---|
| D330 | The waste is, or contains, inorganic sulfides. |
Where several descriptions fit, an asterisk in Queensland's tracking list decides which takes precedence. It is not an EWC hazardous-waste marker. A resource must meet its end-of-waste code or approval conditions before it leaves the waste regime.
Which wastes take Queensland D330?
| Waste | When it’s D330 |
