    Non-halogenated organic solvents

Queensland G110: halogenated solvents belong under G150, rather than this non-halogenated entry.

Organic solvents that contain no halogen. Chlorinated ones are G150. A tracked waste category on the Queensland list.

Is Queensland G110 hazardous waste?

Not from the code alone. G110 is a Schedule 11 trackable-waste description. A load is tracked while the commercial or industrial waste stays regulated under section 42. Check the Schedule 9 exclusions and the section 42(4) test-out route first, as they decide whether a movement is trackable. G110 has no precedence mark when several descriptions fit.

For a tracked load, enter G110 in the waste-code field of the Queensland waste transport certificate. The generator fills in Part 1, the transporter Part 2 and the receiver Part 3. Lodge it online, by bulk upload or on numbered paper, whichever route is approved. The Queensland exclusions still apply.

What does Queensland G110 cover?

Organic solvents that aren't halogenated take G110. Halogenated solvents go under G150, and residues from making or using solvents may fit G160.

Is a non-halogenated solvent Queensland G110 or G150?

CodeWhen it fits
G110The waste is an organic solvent and is not halogenated.
G150The organic solvent is halogenated.

Where several descriptions fit, an asterisk in Queensland's tracking list decides which takes precedence. It is not an EWC hazardous-waste marker. A resource must meet its end-of-waste code or approval conditions before it leaves the waste regime.

Which wastes take Queensland G110?

WasteWhen it’s G110
Spent solventsThe spent solvent is non-halogenated.
Non-halogenated solventsThe spent solvent is non-halogenated.
