Biocide and crop-treatment chemical waste
Queensland H100: biocides are chemicals that control harmful organisms; phytopharmaceuticals treat or protect plants.
Is Queensland H100 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. H100 is a Schedule 11 trackable-waste description. A load is tracked while the commercial or industrial waste stays regulated under section 42. Check the Schedule 9 exclusions and the section 42(4) test-out route first, as they decide whether a movement is trackable. H100 has no precedence mark when several descriptions fit.
For a tracked load, enter H100 in the waste-code field of the Queensland waste transport certificate. The generator fills in Part 1, the transporter Part 2 and the receiver Part 3. Lodge it online, by bulk upload or on numbered paper, whichever route is approved. The Queensland exclusions still apply.
What does Queensland H100 cover?
Waste from making, formulating or using biocides or phytopharmaceutical products falls here. The entry goes by that product activity, not by every organic chemical waste.

Is pesticide or biocide waste Queensland H100?
| Code | When it fits |
|---|---|
| H100 | The waste came from making, formulating or using a biocide or phytopharmaceutical product. |
Where several descriptions fit, an asterisk in Queensland's tracking list decides which takes precedence. It is not an EWC hazardous-waste marker. A resource must meet its end-of-waste code or approval conditions before it leaves the waste regime.
