New South Wales
Organic phosphorus compounds
NSW H110: within NSW or interstate; the listed hazardous-characteristic test still applies.
Is NSW H110 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. H110 marks waste that may need tracking. Part 4 requires a matching Schedule 1 waste description and a Part 3 hazardous characteristic. That is a tracking test, not the NSW disposal classification, and the code gives no disposal class. Part 4 covers local and interstate movements.
Where Part 4 tracking applies, enter H110 in the waste-code field of the IWTS Movement, with the description, quantity, parties and the receiver's applicable Movement Authorisation. The approved system issues the Movement reference. The NSW tracking exemptions still apply.
What does NSW H110 cover?
Organic phosphorus compounds, where the list uses the general chemical description. Victoria uses H110 only for organophosphorus pesticides, so Victoria is a separate entry.
