Industrial waste-treatment residue
Queensland N205: the residue must come from an industrial waste treatment or disposal operation.
Is Queensland N205 hazardous waste?
Not from the code alone. N205 is a Schedule 11 trackable-waste description. Tracking applies while the commercial or industrial waste stays regulated under section 42. Check the Schedule 9 exclusions and the section 42(4) test-out route before treating a movement as trackable. This code has no precedence mark when several descriptions fit.
For a tracked load, enter N205 as the waste code on the Queensland waste transport certificate. The generator completes Part 1, the transporter Part 2 and the receiver Part 3. Lodge it through an approved online, bulk-upload or numbered-paper route. The Queensland exclusions still apply.
What does Queensland N205 cover?
Residue left by treating or disposing of industrial waste falls here. It must come from that treatment or disposal operation. Coming from an industrial site isn't enough.
